In a 600 meter radium around Casa dos Avós, you will find all kind of services, such as bars, restaurants, take-away restaurants, bread and cakes shops, coffee shops, market, butchery, groceries stores, stationery, post services, internet hotspots, bank, pharmacy and medical health centre.
There are public transports from Ferragudo to the city of Portimão and a taxi-boat to Rocha's Beach (Praia da Rocha).
On the other margin of the river Arade you can find the city of Portimão and Rocha's Beach (Praia da Rocha) which offer everyone a very pleasant night-life.

An old window from our great-grandparents house which has been restored and is now a decoration item in Casa dos Avós.
About
Recently rebuilt, Casa dos Avós tries to bring back to life what could possibly be our grandparents' house. The decoration was carefully thought through, taking special attention to the smallest details, that show up in every object and furniture used in the decoration.
The house is equipped with all the commodities required for our nowadays' life, so that you can enjoy from it and from Ferragudo with all the tranquility.
With a total area of 140 sq meters, Casa dos Avós is divided in two floors:
- The ground floor with a living room, dining room (with a bed couch that can be used as 2 individual beds), bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room.
- The 1st floor has 2 suites, both with balconies.
Also, in the exterior of the house you can find a ?patio? equipped with a barbecue and an area for family meals and a upper ?patio? for sunbathing in the warm summer days.
